Rhys always had farming in his veins , taking after his Grandfather who was a broad acre farmer in Gairdner River . After completing his Agriculture degree at Muresk University .
Rhys worked off farm for many years developing as many skills as possible on various types of land and operations.
As the growth of Limerick Park expanded Rhys returned home to work with Graham to assist with the horse education work and then moved into the hay production business.
The purchase of the acreage in Burekup led to an expansion of on farm resources and Limerick Farms Meadow Hay was developed .
Rhys now operates the hay business directly from the farm , including the use of acreage from around the local district .
Limerick Farms Meadow High is now an extremely high demand product from the farm gate .
As a family operation Rhys is still very involved in pasture development and care on the property and oversees maintenance and further development and planning of the facility.
